Account Executive Profile

We are always looking for talented sales people for our 50+ properties and conferences. As a multi-media rights holder, we represent (and are responsible for marketing and selling) the corporate media, broadcast media and hospitality sales on behalf of our respective partner schools and conferences.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Generating Revenue:  This is a sales job, so you must not only grow existing business but generate new business as well. We sell through a consultative selling approach. This means asking the right questions, correctly understanding client strategies and objectives, and creating a marketing partnership that is beneficial for both parties.  

Cultivating Relationships: You must possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to develop relationships with new and existing clients. You must be comfortable and effective through outbound calling, in-person meetings, and athletic and hospitality events. Due to the nature of collegiate athletic events, it is imperative that you are open to working (some) irregular hours. 

Sponsorship Activation:  We activate many of our own sponsorships. In order to ensure proper activation, you will need to collaborate with vendors, sponsors and appropriate university athletic-personnel to ensure seamless sponsorship implementation and contract fulfillment. 

Administrative: Each of our properties function as its own, individual team. You must effectively communicate with other sales executives on issues like inventory availability, sponsorship activation and take relevant initiative to preserve property integrity.      


Other critical characteristics include the ability to perform assigned duties independently; ability to communicate effectively, especially in written form; a curious nature; ability to initiate and cultivate relationships; plan, organize and prioritize work; excellent presentation skills; attention to detail, a positive attitude and exceptional listening skills. Knowledge in Excel, Power Point and Outlook is required.
