Jeff Tennant: Senior Vice President, National Sales
Jeff Tennant returned to Learfield Sports in January 2008 as Senior Vice President, National Sales and is based in Charlotte, N.C. In this newly created position, Tennant is an integral member of the Learfield Sports' senior management team and responsible for directing all aspects of the national sales team. Most recently, Tennant played a key role at Lincoln Financial Sports. His prior stint with Learfield Sports was 1997–2002, when he helped establish new sports properties and oversaw Learfield Sports Oklahoma.

Doug Bax: Senior Director – Business Development, Lower Midwest Region
Doug Bax, a native of Missouri, has been with Learfield Communications for over 20 years. He offices in Jefferson City, Mo., at Learfield Communications' national headquarters. His sales territory includes Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota and Nebraska. Bax has worked in the company's Sports Division for 18 years in various parts of the country. He is a graduate of Missouri State University.

Kevin Moore: Senior Director – Business Development, Upper Midwest Region
Kevin Moore joined Learfield Sports in December 2007 from Pinnacle Sports Productions, where he served three years as Vice President and General Manager for the operation that oversaw Nebraska's athletic multimedia rights. Prior to that, he was with Clear Channel Sports in the Vice President and General Manager capacity for seven years. He also has been President of Paxson Sports, which sold to Clear Channel Communications in 1997, and before that, was Vice President of Sales for American Network Group from 1980-1994. Moore is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University.

Mary Lee Gilliland is based in the Learfield Sports Chicago office, where she represents all properties nationally, while managing accounts in Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana. Gilliland has 20 years strategic sports marketing and entertainment experience, having worked with the NFL's Carolina Panthers, Pursuit Sports Marketing, where she developed its sports and entertainment division and AAA, as the Group Managing Director for Marketing and Brand Development across all business lines. She is a graduate of the University of Southern California and is currently earning her Executive MBA at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

David Soble is a graduate of the University of Arizona and worked at Fox Sports Net Arizona as local Sales Manager for seven years. Prior to joining Fox, Soble worked with the Phoenix Suns in corporate sales for 10 years. Rick Thompson represents Learfield Sports' national sales in the Southeast (Florida, Georgia, Alabama, West Virginia, Louisiana, Tennessee, Mississippi, Kentucky, South Carolina, Arkansas, Virginia and North Carolina). A 1989 graduate of Radford University (Va.) with a degree in Public Relations and Communications and a Sports Management MS degree from Western Illinois University (1991), Thompson has worked as a General Manager at two different collegiate properties – TCU and Oregon State University. Most recently, Thompson held the position of Associate Athletics Director at the University of Kentucky, where he managed the process of bundling all of UK Athletics multimedia rights.

Her professional experience in the sports business arena spans nearly 15 years serving in such roles as Vice President, Business Development for the WNBA; Director of New Business Development for the NFL Philadelphia Eagles; Director of New Business Development for Palace Sports & Entertainment in Detroit; and Director of New Business Development for IMG Latin America. She is a graduate of St. Lawrence University and an active member of the Board of Directors for Special Olympics Pennsylvania.
